At Casa Mirko, we are committed to making your stay in Arezzo comfortable and sustainable. From breakfast featuring locally sourced, zero-kilometre produce to advanced smart home technology for easy and secure access, every detail is designed with your well-being in mind.
Enjoy some relaxation in our games area with table tennis and table football, sip a glass of local wine from our wine dispenser, or explore the local area using our e-bike hire service. We are a pet-friendly and eco-sustainable establishment, equipped with a wall box for electric cars and private parking, to ensure you have maximum freedom and convenience throughout your stay.
The room rate includes a small open bar offering coffee, barley coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea, herbal teas, water and fresh seasonal fruit. Breakfast is served with fresh baked goods and produce from a local farm, including yoghurt, artisan honey, mature and fresh cheeses, thinly sliced cold cuts, local olive oil from the mill, fresh croissants straight from the oven and eggs cooked to order. The list of items is subject to change.
Upon check-in, guests will be given a card which must be inserted into the designated ‘stop and go’ energy-saving device to supply electricity to the room. The same card will serve as the smart home access key to enter the room and to open the gate and front door. When guests leave the room, they must take the card with them; once removed from the system, the electricity supply to the room will be cut off after 15 seconds. This is all designed to ensure a comfortable stay for guests without the need for a master key, whilst respecting the environment and thus avoiding unnecessary electricity consumption. The system does not deliberately cut off the power supply to any sockets; this is to allow guests to leave items such as bicycle batteries, computers, mobile phones or other devices on charge whilst they are not in the room.
Casa Mirko offers advice on local restaurants and trattorias, tailored to the guest’s needs. Guests are welcome to order meals and enjoy them in the living area or in the garden, where they will find everything they need.
At Casa Mirko, we have bicycles available for hire at a price of €30.00. Enjoy exploring the city with friends and family.
